GENERAL

An item is sold out online will you make any more stock?
This all depends on fabric and production. If we have time and more fabric we will definitely do another recut.
Do you have your clothing in stores?
No sorry we don’t, we are online only.
What payments do you offer?
Credit Card, PayPal, Laybuy & Afterpay.
What does it mean when items are on preview?
Before every release we give you a preview of all the items that are for sale the following evening. These items go online at 7pm on the Tuesday of a release week, at this point they are not for sale. They are available for purchase at 7pm the next day (Wednesday).
Once I have made an order can I change information on it?
No. Once an order is made we can’t make any changes eg size, address etc please double check before paying.
How do I know when you have a new collection release coming?
Please check our social media - Facebook and Instagram for updates.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We use overnight shipping, you should receive your over 1-3 days after ordering depending on how busy we are at the warehouse.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking info via email, click on the link and it will take you directly to the Post Haste website and your tracking info. Any issues please contact your local branch first before contacting us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, if you are outside of NZ and Australia please get in contact and we can get a shipping quote for you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My order arrived but I want to return or exchange?
Please fill in all info on our returns form (click here) and send back with your order. Please also email our warehouse on shop@rubyandrain.co.nz to let them know your intent to return.
Can I exchange sale items?
No. Sale items cannot be returned so please choose wisely.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Please contact us asap on  shop@rubyandrain.co.nz
I haven’t received my refund yet?
Please email  shop@rubyandrain.co.nz and they will follow this up for you.
I have a faulty item, what do I do?
Please email  shop@rubyandrain.co.nz with photos and they will help you out with what to do next.

PREORDERS

How do preorders work?
Once a preorder is made all info on delivery will be on our website along with garment info.
Can I get a refund on a preorder?
No, these are made to order garments. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
Can I buy more than one preorder and return one that doesn't fit?
No, only one size can be purchased as these are made to order and cannot be returned for an refund, exchange or credit
