Refund policy

RETURNS We offer a no questions asked full return if your Ruby & Rain goodies don’t fit the way you had wished.

In order to return an item you must return to us within 7 days to receive your money back. Items returned between 7–14 days will receive a credit note, after 14 days items cannot be returned. The item must be in unworn condition with the tags still in place.

PREORDERS can only be returned for a store credit within 7 days from receiving as these are a made to order garment. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE GOODS Sales goods are classified as any items that has been marked down from original RRP, items with an 'Automatic Discount Applied at Checkout', 'Buy One Get One Free', Birthday Sale or  Black Friday discount.
