Returns

We offer a no questions asked full return if your Ruby & Rain goodies don’t fit the way you had wished.

In order to return an item you must return to us within 7 days to receive your money back. Items returned between 7–14 days will receive a credit note, after 14 days items cannot be returned. The item must be in unworn condition with the tags still in place.

PREORDERS can only be returned for a store credit within 7 days from receiving as these are a made to order garment.
