New Zealand Orders
- FREE shipping on orders over $100 *excludes rural surcharge
- $10 for orders under $100 *excludes rural surcharge
Australian Orders
- Shipping calculated by weight, add address at checkout to see cost
Orders will be processed and sent out within 1-2 business days (except during exceptionally busy periods i.e. sales)
Returns
We offer a no questions asked return on all full priced Ruby & Rain goodies if they don’t fit the way you had wished. To make a return please print the returns form below and follow the steps.
In order to receive a refund you must return your order to us within 7 days of the date from which it is received. Items returned between 7–14 days will receive a credit note, after 14 days items cannot be returned. The item must be in unworn condition with the tags still in place.
Items discounted with an influencer discount code (eg. RUBY10) can be returned.
Exchange items are not eligible for returns or further exchanges
Preorders: Cannot be refunded or returned.
